I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know what a great job your service department is doing.
In an effort to save money I visited two other garages to get my 1995 Ford powerstroke running properly.
It turned out to be a big mistake, they both worked on it, $800.00 later not only didn't it start (the original
problem) it no longer ran properly.
Dealing with Greg was a great experience. It was refreshing to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable
mechanically and had the ability to communicate that knowledge without making the customer feel like an idiot,
that's quite a gift. He even walked with me out to my truck to answer any questions I might have after it started.
I later found out (after he heard about all the trouble I had with the other garages) he test drove it personally to confirm everything was working correctly before I got in it. How many service managers would do that?
The customer service girls up front were also incredible. I had mentioned in an earlier conversation with them that I needed the truck by the end of the week. They actually called me (without my asking) and kept me updated on the truck's progress. They must have been listening to what I was saying, who does that these days?
I guess the best part of it all was that the truck was finally fixed RIGHT. It started great this morning for the first time since I bought it.
You have a great bunch of folks working there, don't change a thing. After Government Motors goes out of business and all the Toyotas crash into telephone poles, you'll be the last one left standing!
